Graduation Hats

There is a lot of fun and excitement involved for a graduate when making graduation hats. Not only does the process make one appreciate the entire academic experience, save up on money that would have otherwise been used to buy a hat and personalization but it also adds to the memories of the graduation ceremony. To make graduation hats made of paper, one would need, yarn of ribbon that is twelve inches long, sheets of construction paper, stick of glue, scissors and scotch tape. Other items that are optional include crayons, markers or crayons for artwork.
The first step in making graduation hats involves taking the sheet of construction paper and then drawing a line on the loner side which has a two inches measurement. The line should afterwards be cut down to form an eight inches by eight inches square. This part will form the top part of the graduation cap. Decorations can be made creatively by glitter pens, markers or crayons. Pick a different sheet of paper cut it lengthwise, one piece which is two and a half inches long in width ,make a head measurement .Fold the piece in a half an inch holding it lengthwise .It will be used to hold the rim of the hat to the square bottoms on the paper graduation cap
